Shipping policy

*Be sure that your shipping and billing Information  are the same to avoid order cancellation .Your order will automatically be cancelled in effort to avoid fraud.

All orders will need a signature upon delivery . If you miss your delivery it will return to carrier location and re-attempt for delivery the next business day. You can also go the the location with photo ID with the same address you listed .

 

For all orders it will be  3-5 Business days for processing. 7-10 business day for shipping .

Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.

For all customized orders ( Ready to wear/ ready to ship wigs) 3-5 Business days for processing. 7-10  business day for shipping . please note all (Ready to wear) are made to order! 

All full customized orders are final sale! In an event that you are not satisfied or the order is wrong please reach out via email Zola.hair07@gmail.com  48 hours  after your package has arrived.  Please refer to our RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy.

Ready to wear/ ready to ship wigs the same processing / shipping times apply , unless your email states other wise.

If I have your order is on hand I will send an email out which will state the time and date you can pick up .

7-10 BUSINESS DAY after processing times for shipping orders out.
