ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL ; there are no refunds.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE :
Exchanges will only be applicable if an error was made by the Zohla Extensions.
The item(s) must be in it's original condition . It can NOT be worn, washed, combed out etc.
For your order to be granted an exchange the following steps will need to done and will go under view:

Your email should include : Order # , Name and video/photo evidence.
You are responsible for return shipping rate. All original packaging should be sent back with item(s) in original condition .
Exchange process can take up to 4 business days. All sales are final unless approved for EXCHANGE ONLY. All Sales are FINAL for Custom Wigs and Lace.
